Caregivers:

If you are compassionate and would like to help make a difference in our community by helping our clients with their day-to-day lives allowing them to maintain a high quality of life in their own homes, this position could be a great fit for you.

At Better Horizons In-Home Care we start at a higher rate than other local agencies, and we truly care about our employees. We want to provide a great work place for long term employment.

Some duties you may provide can include:

Companionship
Light housekeeping
Laundry
Meal preparation
Personal care (such as bathing, grooming, dressing, etc.)
Medication reminders
Transfers
Transportation to and from appointments
Shopping/errands

Requirements:

If you have no experience in this field, this does not disqualify you from employment with our company. We will train the right employee for this position. We are looking for people with compassion, motivation, and reliability who would like to make a difference.
Verifiable experience is preferred.
You MUST be able to pass an Oregon CRIMS background check.
Drivers license is preferred.
MUST be able to lift 50lbs regularly throughout the day.
Car insurance if using your vehicle to transport clients.
