The first step is to schedule an assessment meeting with us.

This allows both you and our company to discuss your situation and see if in-home care might be the right route to go.

It also helps us get to know each other. We are aware that hiring

in-home care for a loved one can be a very stressful decision. We have come to learn that in-home care works best when there is trust between our workers, our clients, and the client’s friends and family.

There is no charge for assessments.

Who does the assessment?

Our administrator and nurse typically meet you in your home to determine the needs of the client.

What will we talk about?

We want to hear about the situation that’s prompted you to reach out to us, and we can discuss the services that are needed. Our team can explain exactly how our services work and what other community resources may be helpful to you and your family. We want you to walk away with the help and information that you were seeking in the beginning of this process.

What’s the next step?

If we all agree that in-home care would be an appropriate step, our care team will make an individualized plan of care for the client addressing the specific needs you discussed with us.
